A bill introduced in the Utah state legislature would require anyone with a wireless access point to verify the age of each user in an attempt to keep kids from using open WiFi networks to look at porn. Former SCO chair Ralph Yarro's CP80 group is pushing hard for the bill's passage. WTF??
